Sausage, Spinach and Rice Casserole

2 boxes of Rice-a-Roni long grain and wild rice 1 pack of Hillshire Farm beef smoked sausage 1 10 oz bag of fresh spinach

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to tast

Garlic powder, to taste

Onion powder, to taste To cook rice Add rice, butter and 2 cups of water in pressure cooker and cook on high for 12 minutes.

While rice is cooking, slice sausage and saute in your favorite pan on medium heat. Season with pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Add in spinach and saute about 5 minutes. Once rice is done, fluff and add sausage & spinach mixture. Let sit 5 minutes, plate and serve!!
